Baznas Bazis Tanggap Bencana (BBTB) Team cooperated with related sides and volunteers to distribute the basic necessities and emergency supplies.

"We are very concerned about the disaster that befell our brothers and sisters in Kapuk Muara. Our team immediately went to the location to ensure that aid were distributed quickly and on target," said Yudiman, team commander, Wednesday (6/11).

The aid distributed were Dapur Air, 300 school bags and equipment, 1,000 adult bags (containing sarongs, house dresses, and t-shirts), 3,500 boxes of rice, 52 boxes of UHT milk, 98 blankets, 40 kilograms of rice, one box of baby porridge, one bale of pampers, 130 pieces of bread, 15 mukenas, 20 sarongs, 1,260 pieces of underwear, 200 baby pacifiers, and 48 cans of biscuits.

"We try to meet the basic necessities for the survivors. Also thanks to the donors for their concern. This assistance means a lot," he added.

As for information, a fire incident occurred at densely population area of Kapuk Muara, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, Friday (6/6). The fire burned 500 houses that caused 2,000 people from 480 families were evacuated to several locations.
